Swan & Railway Hotel Wigan, Wigan

The hotel had exceptionally clean and high-standard rooms that were very comfortable, but there was a lack of room servicing leading to inconveniences like searching for toilet paper and clean towels. The strict no-cancellation policy was also a drawback.

The hotel rooms were comfortable but lacked cleanliness, and some amenities needed attention. The staff was friendly and helpful, though there were some unpleasant guests around. The location was excellent for my partner's hobby of train spotting but had average features. The pub dining experience was decent, offering artisan bread. Overall, the hotel provided a satisfactory stay, balancing positives and negatives.
